Meet Jaime Albarelli, Founder

I am a dedicated housing and homeless services professional with a passion for creating and sustaining programs that make housing stability a reality for vulnerable populations.

With over 13 years of experience, my work spans the full spectrum—from designing and implementing large-scale rental assistance and supportive housing programs to providing direct services to individuals experiencing homelessness, veterans, and people impacted by substance use.

My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and housing-first principles. I believe that effective systems are built through both policy expertise and frontline experience—and I bring both to every partnership and project.

Before launching J.A. Housing Solutions in 2025, I served as the Supportive Housing Director at Affirmed Housing, overseeing more than 1,200 supportive housing units in 23 communities across California. Previously, I was a Special Programs Manager at the San Diego Housing Commission, where I managed several federal voucher programs serving thousands of households, and a Veteran Employment Coordinator at People Assisting the Homeless (PATH), helping veterans experiencing homelessness rebuild stability through employment and housing support.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Public Health from San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Affairs from The George Washington University.

J.A. Housing Solutions collaborates with affordable housing developers, housing authorities and non-profit organizations to design, launch, and strengthen housing programs that create lasting impact for residents and communities.
